Before working with Tessa, our son couldn't fall asleep independently and always needed our hand or a stroke on his back. Bedtime took a long time, often over an hour. He also woke up almost every night between 4:00 and 5:00 AM, and we had to bring him into our bed because he wouldn’t sleep in his own anymore. This affected our evenings and our own rest.
