Every morning at exactly 7:00, she was there. Dark circles under her eyes, a greyish complexion, always ordering the same thing: a large cappuccino with three shots of espresso. We often talked about how hard it was for her to have a baby who wouldn’t sleep and how that lack of sleep put everything in her life under pressure. Until she hired a sleep coach. I watched the colour slowly return to her face and saw her smile more often. That contrast stayed with me and became the beginning of my desire to create that kind of impact myself.
I ended my travels in Australia and trained as a baby and toddler sleep coach. I learned that by looking closely at what lies beneath a sleep problem and at a baby’s temperament, there is almost always a loving solution, without ever leaving a baby to cry alone. Today, I help mothers wake up rested and refreshed, drink their coffee calmly (not the cup that’s already gone cold), look forward to the day, and make plans again instead of counting down the hours until bedtime.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to your family’s unique needs. Every child is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. But with the right guidance, you can create lasting change. I’ll coach you every step of the way, so you feel confident helping your little one develop healthy, independent sleep habits. With as few tears as possible, stress, or quick fixes. You’re not alone in this. I’ve got you!

What Families Are Saying
"The biggest advantage is that bedtime is enjoyable again and takes much less time. Our son can now fall asleep on his own, and we can leave the room right away. He sleeps better through the night and can often soothe himself back to sleep."

Now, Liv falls asleep in her bed instead of in my arms. I no longer have to rock her, and she sleeps through the night. This gives me so much peace. Bedtime is no longer stressful, and Liv is much happier and calmer.
