Hi! I'm Tessa,

A certified Gentle Sleep Coach®

for newborns, babies, and toddlers (0-6).

As busy, working parents, you juggle a lot—your career, your relationship, and, of course, your little one(s). But when sleep is a struggle, everything feels harder.

  • Maybe your baby needs constant bouncing, rocking, or soothing to fall asleep, only to wake up the moment you put them down.

  • Perhaps naps are short (or don’t happen at all).

  • Nights are filled with frequent wake-ups and endless pacifier re-plugging.

  • Or a toddler who keeps getting out of bed.

Exhaustion impacts your work, your mood, and your time as a family. That’s where I come in! With a gentle, evidence-based approach, I’ll help you and your child build healthy sleep habits—so you can all feel like you’re on cloud nine again within 2–3 weeks.

What Families Are Saying

"The biggest advantage is that bedtime is enjoyable again and takes much less time. Our son can now fall asleep on his own, and we can leave the room right away. He sleeps better through the night and can often soothe himself back to sleep."

Michelle and Ramon, parents of Davey (18 months)

"Now, Liv falls asleep in her bed instead of in my arms. I no longer have to rock her, and she sleeps through the night. This gives me so much peace. Bedtime is no longer stressful, and Liv is much happier and calmer."

Emily, mother of Liv (6 months)

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of families do you work with?

We support families with babies and young children (ages 0–6 years), whether you’re navigating newborn sleep, toddler transitions or nap drop issues. Our approach is tailored for busy parents who are juggling work, family and everything in between — and longing for restful nights again.

What is your philosophy on sleep coaching?

Our philosophy is rooted in being loving, gentle, responsive and evidence-based. We don’t use harsh “cry it out” methods — instead we partner with you and your child to build healthy sleep habits that honour your child’s needs and your parenting style.

What does a typical coaching process look like?

First, we’ll do a free sleep-assessment call to understand your current sleep situation and goals. Then you receive a written sleep plan customised for your family. We follow up with support to help you implement the plan, adjust as needed, and keep you encouraged until you’re seeing progress.

When is a good time to reach out for help?

If bedtime is exhausting, naps are inconsistent or missing, nights include frequent awakenings, or you’re simply so tired you can’t imagine continuing like this… that’s a strong signal it’s time. Sleep coaching isn’t only for “big problems” — it’s for when you want more ease and rest for your family.

Will you respect how we already do things? (room-sharing, breastfeeding, comfort-sleeping)

Yes. We build on where you are and what feels right for your family. If you’re feeding on demand, bed-sharing for now or favour a comfort-led approach, we work with that. The plan is crafted to align with your values, your child’s temperament and your family’s routine.

What kind of improvements can we expect, and how quickly?

Many families start to see meaningful shifts in 2-3 weeks when the plan is consistently applied. You might notice fewer night wakings, smoother bedtimes, more restful naps or more predictable routines. Every child and family progress is different — I’m there to guide and support you through the process.

What if we travel, have illness, or hit developmental milestones?

Life doesn’t pause for sleep coaching — quite the opposite. We build flexibility into your plan. When travel, illness, milestones or regressions happen, you’ll have the tools and support to adapt rather than restart. Consistency over time matters more than perfection every night.

Is this safe and well-founded?

Absolutely. My training is authoritative and centred on child development and sleep science. My methods are gentle, respectful, and focused on keeping your child’s wellbeing and your family’s rhythm at the heart of everything we do.

How do we know this will work for our family?

Because it is crafted just for you. We begin by truly listening to your story — your child’s personality, your family’s schedule and your goals. Then we create a tailored plan and stay with you through the real-world implementation. You’re not left to figure it out alone.

How do we get started?

Simply book your free sleep assessment call. We’ll chat about what’s going on now, what you hope for, and whether this is a good fit. If yes, we move to intake, plan creation and guided coaching. When you’re ready for calmer nights and more confident parenting around sleep — I’m ready too.
