I’m a certified Gentle Sleep Coach® and the founder of Cloud Nine Family Sleep. Originally from the Netherlands, I’m now based in Amsterdam, helping families around the world get the rest they deserve.
Before becoming a sleep coach, I worked as a family case manager in child protection. While I was passionate about supporting families, I struggled with the lack of real change. The wins were often small and never felt like enough—I wanted to truly make a difference. So, I took a leap: I quit my job, packed my bags, and traveled through Australia.

That’s where everything changed. One day, I met a mom who told me how a sleep coach had transformed her life. It clicked instantly—this was the impact I had been searching for. I wanted to help parents not just survive but thrive.
